Refund policy
This policy applies to paid enrollments arranged with Datasecureai Digital. Website prices are informational; the enrollment confirmation email or invoice controls the commercial terms for your seat.
Eligibility
You may request a refund if you cancel before the cohort start date stated in your confirmation, or within seven (7) calendar days of payment if the cohort has not yet started and you have not accessed paid materials.
Timeframe
Refund requests must be emailed to contact@datasecureai.digital within the eligibility window, including your full name, invoice number, and course name.
Full and partial refunds
Full refund: eligible cancellations before cohort start with no material access. Partial refund: if Datasecureai Digital cancels a cohort or materially changes schedule after you enroll, you may choose a transfer to a later cohort or a pro-rata refund for undelivered live sessions.
Non-refundable items
Completed live clinics you attended, downloaded proprietary worksheets after access, third-party exam fees (if any), and Field Notes Pass purchases after materials are unlocked are non-refundable except where required by law.
Refund process
We confirm receipt within three business days, review eligibility, and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds typically appear within ten (10) business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refund method
Refunds return to the original payer. We do not issue cash refunds at the office for online enrollments.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a cohort for instructor illness or undersubscription, you may transfer free of charge or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort.
Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory Hong Kong consumer law. Corporate invoices may include alternate terms agreed in writing.
